How do you deliver the animation?

After we have completed the animation you will receive the digital video file from us. We deliver it standard as *.mp4 file with a resolution of 1920*1080 and 60fps. Would you like to receive a different format or specification? Just contact us, there are more options available.

In addition to the digital file, you will also receive a physical USB with the video as a backup. Did you not receive it? Please let us know, we will send it to you right away.
